After an extended hospital stay coming home can be a big step. We recognise many people need additional support while they recover from surgery or illness.
We are specialists in the field of transition care and recovery with a team of caring registered nurses on staff 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Our RN’s provide more than just clinical care, they are a part of your care team, there to give you confidence when you need extra support in the familiar and comfortable environment of your own home, providing one on one care to meet your changing needs.
We also assist with dementia and incontinence assessments including MASS assessments. (Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme)
Whether you’re returning home after a hospital stay and need ongoing nursing care while you recover, or you need ongoing support with IV’s/drips, wound care, stroke, dementia support, chronic illness or palliative care, our team of on-staff Registered Nurses are there ensuring all you needs are met.
Because our RNs are part of our Angels team – not sourced from an external agency - you’ll get consistent care from the same friendly faces every time – nurses who know you and your needs and can quickly assess if there has been a change and you need more help.
